Eric Fish
ERIC FISH’s homes usually are the rock stages of our country as the fronter of SUBWAY TO SALLY. Here he presents a different side. Framed by candle light, accompanied by 3 friends on the piano and the acoustic guitar, he sits there and just plays his songs. Especially as his often last 3 hours and a sometimes thoughtful or funny but always deep unity between the four musicians and their mostly sitting audience is established.

With their debut „Out Of The Dark“ (2006), Finland’s dark rock crew Reflexion successfully managed to spread their infectious sound virus. Via their brand new album „Dead To The Past, Blind For Tomorrow“, Juha Kylmänen (vocals), Mikko Uusimaa (bass), Ilkka Jolma (guitar), Raymond Pohjola (drums), and Juhani Heikka (guitar) now passionately continue to conquest our ears. A long experience and remarkable song writing amalgamate with typical Finnish melancholy which results in an exciting listening adventure. The band’s early loves to acts like Metallica, Whitesnake, and AC/DC provides a fierily rocking kick throughout the tracks whilst Kylmänen showcase his varied vocals between bittersweet toughness and wistfulness. The outcome ensnares gothic people as much as alternative, pop or metal music listeners. - Details

Tanzbrunnen, Cologne, Germany
19th-20th July 2008
Amphi Festival
From 19th to 20th July, they say again “D´r Goth Kütt” (The Goth comes) in Cologne, when the Amphi Festival - in its fourth season - invites to the dark dance at the sign of the thorn and the pulsating Rhine metropolis - following an old carnival-esque shout “D´r Zoch Kütt” (The Procession comes) - welcomes their extraordinary guests. Last year already 9.000 fans celebrated an ecstatic party with top acts from Gothic, Electro and Medieval within the black family’s circle whose peaceful attitude and friendly behaviour doesn’t fit to the dark look at first sight. And yet the old cologne maxim (live and let live) is a credo of the scene for a long time. Venue for this year’s Amphi Festival will again be the Tanzbrunnen at the lakeside promenades of the Rhine, which gives utterance to the saying (Cologne, you’re an emotion) like no other.

The name Accessory has always been a trademark of quality when it comes to solid dance floor Molotov-cocktails comprised of EBM, Techno and Trance. It is, thus, little wonder that, on their new double CD ‘More than Machinery’, the band goes full throttle yet again à combining smashing beats, hard bass, addictive Trance hook lines and catchy melodies to create some of the finest Electro tunes around. Song titles like ‘Tanzflachenmann’, ‘Acsy Girl’ or ‘Electrochain’ prove to be quite programmatic: where the last release was dominated by SciFi-themes and a dark atmosphere, ‘More than Machinery’ aims directly at the clubs. Straightforward and direct, Accessory have reduced their sound to the bare essentials, creating an album full of rocketing tracks that mingle the best of classic EBM with the ultra-fat sounds of today. - MAGIC CIRCLE FESTIVAL 2008 - Alice Cooper confirmed
