Ten days before the expiration of the deadline for the reduced ticket prices, over 70.000 Ring- and Park Rocker bought their tickets. The feedback on Germany’s most popular Open Air Events from 6th to 8th June at the Nürburgring and around the Zeppelin field in Nuremberg, is comparatively way bigger than in the past year, when a new record was set with over 150.000 visitors.

The wait is over. At the end of February 2008, UNHEILIG will finally release their new album ‘Puppenspiel’, which is - thematically - the consequent continuation of what has begun with the last album ‘Moderne Zeiten’. Again DER GRAF (the count) dedicates himself to the human concerns and needs, often referred to autobiographic events from the past and the present and transfers it to the world of puppetry. The puppetry as a special form of acting was a very special challenge for DER GRAF on this conceptual album. He is able to play both, the part of the puppet master, who acts on the story and the part of the animated artefact, which is staged and bound to rigid mechanisms.
