Swiss Folk Metallers ELUVEITIE have signed a deal with Nuclear Blast. Check out the following statement from the band: "Great news we have for you these days! While being busy finishing up the production of "Slania" and working on our "Evocation"-concept we still found the time to travel to Donzdorf in Germany for a few beers & a talk with the people of Nuclear Blast Records ... San Francisco Bay Area Thrash metallers TESTAMENT have set "The Formation of Damnation" as the title of their new album, tentatively due in early 2008. The band is currently recording the drum tracks with producer Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, EXODUS) at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, California. The drums are overtaken by drumlegend Pual Bostaph (ex-SLAYER, EXODUS), as former drummer Nick Barker (ex-DIMMU BORGIR, CRADLE OF FILTH) had to step down from the job due to visa problems.
