Amorphis, Orphaned Land, Ghost Brigade
Following their inception back in 1990 it took more than 6 years for Finnish AMORPHIS to get their breakthrough with their third album by the name of ‘Elegy’ making it into the Top 10 of the Finnish charts followed by a long-lasting tour like on their previous releases, adding to expanding their audiences even more. Over the years and until the present day, the band has managed to gain the status of one of Finland’s most successful Metal bands with an album count of nine albums in total.

Faithless
There’s hardly any band within the dance genre of the past 15 years responsible for such an impact as British sensation FAITHLESS. With hits under their belt like ‘Insomnia’ or ‘God Is A DJ’ spawning from world-class albums like ‘Reverence’ and ‘Sunday 8 PM’, they’ve managed to gain international recognition, defining a new hybrid of dance music with trip hop and trance elements amidst a distinctive vocal style from front man Maxi Jazz. In their 15th year of existence the time came to release their 6th body of work entitled ‘The Dance’ on their new label PIAS Recordings.

Die Fantastischen Vier, Marteria
When in 1992 the four-piece DIE FANTASTISCHEN VIER released their single ‘Die Da’ it came like a bombshell. It not only was an extremely successful song itself, but also made German hip hop more popular than ever before. Along with the release of their album ‘Die 4. Dimension’ in 1993, the band made a transition to a rather serious form of hip hop music, incorporating lyrics about human self-perception which even more increased their popularity within the German music scene - and even beyond.

On November 29, ten years after the recordings of their debut album "Saviour", Antimatter release "Alternative Matter", a retrospective of another kind. This is not a standard best of album, but a compilation of exclusively unreleased recordings and alternative versions from the archives of the band, compiled by Antimatter mastermind Mick Moss with care and passion. "Alternative Matter" features demo and acoustic versions of well-known Antimatter songs, live recordings, remixes, and also new recordings which have been conceived especially for this compilation.
