Alien Sex Fiend
ALIEN SEX FIEND, the project of Nik and Mrs. Fiend which has been brought to live1982 is for sure a shining appearance within the alternative, particular dark, music scene. Whilst being mostly unknown to a main stream audience, they’ve gained somewhat of a cult status. Part of that can be credited to their very unique style in music. But most of that is definitely due to their absolutely freaky and manic live shows, which nevertheless have a brilliance which is disappearing more and more in today’s live circuit.

Ozzy Osbourne, Steel Panther
OZZY OSBOURNE is exciting the masses for meanwhile 40 years. Already as front man of the legendary BLACK SABBATH, he strengthened his reputation as a live musician extraordinaire. Since his debut effort ‘Ozzy Osbourne’ in 1980, he left such marks that not even some escapades or scandals could interfere with his musical success at all. To the younger generation he became most notable with the reality TV show “The Osbournes” showing him, his wife and two kids in the scurrile every day’s life of a rock family. Now, in 2010, this legend is about to present the new songs of his tenth studio production, entitled ‘Scream’ live.

Umbra Et Imago, The Pussybats
Over the year’s UMBRA ET IMAGO around mastermind Mozart have become notoriously famous for their “special “ live shows and uncommon musical paths they were walking. Even though this formation is still on top they have released with ‘Opus Magnus’ their literally last record. But no fan should be worrying this will be the last chance to catch their favourites live. The band’s just stopping releasing music, but will continue in the live circuit.

Phillip Boa & The Voodooclub
After the critically-acclaimed 2007 release ‘Faking to Blend In’, Phillip Boa and his Voodoo Club took their time to record the follow-up, entitled ‘Diamonds Fall’, which was eventually released to partly euphoric reviews in February 2009, with the drum and percussion parts done by no one less by Jaki Liebezeit, most notable for his work with CAN. He became the new studio member of the Vodooclub eventually. The album also was accompanied by a little tour. Now it’s already 2010. There’s been another release with the ‘Jane Wyman’ EP in last year’s September and Phillip Boa apparently is up for some road work again.
