IN EXTREMO bring their acoustic 'Tranquilo' Tour to their home city when they hit Berlin on March the 10th and 11th 2010, performing what's sure to be sell out shows in the Kesselhaus, part of the Kulturbrauerei complex. It's rare to get a chance to see a band of this stature perform entirely acoustically, and these are shows not to be missed. Coupled with the fact that these guys are 'coming home' to Berlin for two nights, it's sure to be an event you won't want to miss.

The band has just learned that one of the well-known policemen TOTO & HARRY, of the same-titled German TV documentary, have announced their attendance for the anniversary show on 13th December in Bochum. Harry’s obviously an AXXIS fan for years! Maybe Toto is coming as well. Source: Newsletter

OPETH from Sweden is surely one of the most admired and respected bands of the Metal genre in the last two decades, and it is a status they have truly deserved and for which they’ve worked hard. In spring 2010 that band is going to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a little tour around the globe. Of course the band won’t present their audience any regular set on that special occasion. During each of the shows, the band will perform 2 separate sets. In the first set they’ll play nothing less than the entire ‘Blackwater Park’ album; they’ve had their breakthrough with. A treat for every fan and presumable a once in a lifetime event! The second set of the evening will be a colourful bouquet of songs out of the entire OPETH back catalogue.

After the planned show for last October had to be cancelled for organizational reasons by the Mexican promoter, CONTRIBE now brings the band to Mexico together with Azaza Productions. The planning for the show is finalised, flights for band and crew to Mexico City are booked. The concert will take place on 23rd January 2010 at VDMAS club in Mexico City.Source: Contribe
