September 4th sees the long awaited release of some brand new Mesh material, namely the "Only better" MCD. The single lands after three years of almost total silence following their "We Collide" album. The single announces the arrival of the forthcoming CD "A Perfect Solution" to be released in October. The single also holds the exclusive B-side "Shattered Glass" next to 4 remixes including 3 of the main track.- Details

According to a news posting on the official Skinny Puppy MySpace website, the band is planning a new studio album and tour for 2009. Rumour has it that the newest puppy would see the light of day somewhere in October. The current line-up of the band consists of Cevin Key, Ogre and Mark Walk with additional help from Otto von Schirach and Aaron from Venetian Snares.Skinny Puppy is a Canadian band, formed in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1982. Initially envisioned as an experimental side project by cEvin Key (born Kevin Crompton) while he was in the new wave band Images In Vogue, Nivek Ogre (born Kevin Ogilvie) soon joined as vocalist and Skinny Puppy evolved into a full-time project.

On 26th September 2009, it’s time fort he 31st edition of the Dark Dance Treffen in Lahr. On 2 floors, Europe’s biggest indoor event for the dark music scene offers 7 live bands. This issue’s headliner will be Oswald Henke’s newest project, simply called HENKE which will take you on a musical travel into Henke’s well-known past with projects such as GOETHES ERBEN, ERBLAST or ARTWORK and present well-known hits off these projects in a completely new sound. Another highlight surely will be DIORAMA’s attendance at the festival with an exclusive release show to their upcoming album ‘Cubed’. An exciting event to look out for!
