Dead Kennedys
Formed back in 1978 in San Francisco, DEAD KENNEDYS became one of the most popular American Hardcore Punk bands. Their sound has been described as a blend of THE SEX PISTOLS and THE VENTURES. With songs like ‘California Über Alles’, ‘Chemical Warfare’, ‘Nazi Punks Fuck Off’, ‘Lets Lynch the Landlord’, ‘Holiday in Cambodia’, and the satirical ELVIS cover ‘Viva Las Vegas’, the initials "DK" stand for humor and high speed, mosh pits and freedom of expression, politics and, of course, pure Punk.
This October (from 20th till 23rd), the band is back in Germany playing in four cities (Wiesbaden, Cologne, Karlsruhe, Hannover) that they left out on their tour last year. Catch the Punk Rock heroes in Cologne's Live Music Hall on October 21!
