Graveyard & Bombus
GRAVEYARD seem to be out of time with their powerful retro Blues Rock. They present themselves optically and acoustically like a rock band from the late 60s. Their sound is historical true to the original, yet equipped with a polished modern production. Since the release of their second album, ‘Hisingen Blues’ (2011), there is no stopping the Swedish quartet. Even the Rolling Stone celebrated GRAVEYARD after their first live visit to the American continent. But also in Europe their following is growing steadily. After the band announced their dissolution for a short time after the departure of two band members, they now return freshly strengthened and in a new line-up. On May 25th the first album, ‘Peace’, was released with the new line-up, followed by a big European tour. The Swedish metal band BOMBUS will be a special guest at all concerts.
Like countless other acts, they’ve been under the influence of BLACK SABBATH and LED ZEPPELIN, but while other bands just count on their neo-satanic attitude or revived old school imagery, GRAVEYARD deliver it all along with stunning tunes that take you on a journey to a long lost decade of true musicianship.
