Rome - “The Lone Furrow” Tour 2022

ROME was founded in 2005, by Jérôme Reuter, a singer and songwriter from Luxemburg. Their nowadays members are, apart from Reuter, Tom Luciani (keyboard), Patrick Kleinbauer (bass) and Laurent Fuchs (drums, percussion). Their music is often called Folk Noir or Neo Folk and mixes several influences. It is often sad and of a singular, melancholic beauty.
Whereas some Neo Folk bands have often been criticized for playing with fascist aesthetics, ROME uses sometimes explicitly antifascist lyrics. Their latest album was ‘Parlez-vous Hate?’ which was published in 2021. Their “The Lone Furrow” tour was postponed from 2020 to 2021 due to the pandemic. Do not miss their live performance in December!
