ALLOY were formed in late 2018 in Uppsala, Sweden. The five piece comes from different musical backgrounds and didn’t know each other until Joel posted in a Facebook group about starting a band that their paths crossed. The band members are Suvi (vocals), Gael (drums), Nils (guitar / bass), Joel (guitar / Bass) and Victor (guitar). ALLOY’s music is inspired by anything from Thrash Metal to musical space oddities from DAVID BOWIE (here press-text and reality clash, it’s spacy rock, period).
Conclusion: ALLOY’s still got a long way to go sound-wise, too many directions and no red line, it’s hectic and experimental and if you can dig that go ahead. This five piece still has to find its sound.
