Cinema Strange – Berlin 2006

Music
It was great to listen to Cinema Strange again. Their sound was not only cool but so hot, that everyone was sweating a lot. ‘Rat’ was the first song - calm and slowly. But from song to song the atmosphere was getting more explosive. Most of the fans were singing all loud and shouted their names. At the point, they played the good old stuff everyone was in flames. After closing with ‘Harmonic’ they played three times in addition. Danny, the drummer, gave his soul for finishing up in with flying sticks. He burns! That was great! It seemed he will destroy his set. But the drums didn’t get broken. What a pleasure… so we could hear them next time again!



Performance
The band talked to the audience in a very good way. Their moves were going from all over the stage, so everyone could view the costumes and the members of Cinema Strange in best way. The emanation of their faces was absorbing. They played their rolls in usual charisma with beautiful make-up: Lucas with his clown-face and clocks on his feet; Michael with hat and moustache on both sides and finally Daniel with moustache on only the right side of his face. Danny had only his drums as “Make up”. Daniel gives his hat to a male fan and let the fans be a part of them. Not only had the hat changed his place. Also the make-up ran down the faces and was dropping down to the floor. Cinema Strange made their show. No way for a break.
