E-tropolis fans, fasten your seatbelts! On 5. March 2016 the Turbinenhalle Oberhausen is in for one hell of a ride, as our electro-flagship approaches the orbit with three additional crowd pullers. Ready to ignite the engine?! These are the three new artists, appearing on the E-tropolis Festival line-up 2016: AND ONE, HARMJOY and ORANGE SECTOR.It´s true! AND ONE split minds! Some love them - all others idolize them! Dance-o-matic bodypop madness of electromagnetic attraction. Refined thrice in what most others merely achieve once at a time. Confusing? Nevermind! Steve Naghavi & co. are and remain the first address for the ultimate festival ride, our relentlessly punishing bomber of joy – a tailor-made fitting headliner. Stones are stones while the Turbinenhalle will ignite, as easy as 1...2...3!
Further we go with the lived german-american friendship of Ølåf Å. Reimers (Tyske Ludder) and Dan von Hoyel (Titans). These are the protagonists of the transatlantic alliance HARMJOY, whose preemptive strike „Silver Lining Of A Mushroom Cloud“ stirred up a respectable amount of dust with premium-class electropop since its release in 2014. Hence, time was right to invite the duo to Oberhausen for a better-harder-louder tryst at E-tropolis Festival 2016.
Last but definitely not least we welcome ORANGE SECTOR. The Hanover based EBM veterans don´t take prisoners. Straightforward, grounded good-old ElectroBody is what the men from Lower Saxony offer for almost 25 years now. To be honest, a tight EBM-attack couldn´t do any wrong, as Lars Timm Felker and Martin Bodewell lace up their boots for a kick-ass show in Oberhausen. So let´s get to work no hold barred, for the Night Terrors are waiting for you!
