In a few months we’re finally on tour again and in this context a question came up during the last weeks: Can we apply for support band on your tour again? Yes, you can. Also for the new tour we’re looking for local bands again, wanting to support us musically at the concert in their home region. During the last years we heard and met so many great bands through this campaign, so we’d like to continue this ‘tradition’. Only requirement: OWN songs and play LIVESo now we have officially started the campaign and interested bands can now send their applications (incl. CD, Photo, short description and a contact address). You can find the contact addresses where you can send the corresponding tour dates in the news on www.silbermond.de. Deadline is the 23rd December 2008. Afterwards we’ll go through all the material and choose the bands personally as usual.
In Munich, Würzburg and Bremen we connected our campaigns with the newcomer/band contests of the local radio stations “Bayern 3” and “Bremen 4”. The procedures for the applications in these cities can be found on http://www.silbermond.de/ as well. IMPORTANT: The deadline for Munich and Würzburg already is on 12th December 2008. We‘re already looking forward your applications.
