radikalkuss niemandhatdasrechtzugehorchenAlarm! Emergency! A nuclear bomb from Belgium is coming your way! Since the language of terror is so efficient these days, why not use it? Sorry for this. But the information is worth all this “fuss”: the Brussels-based duo RADIKAL KUSS have just announced the release of their first EP: ‘Niemand hat das Recht zu gehorchen’. This duo is made up of David Gillain (music, synths, mixing) and Susi Vogel (vocals and lyrics). After a few more techno-oriented productions, RADIKAL KUSS have evolved towards a powerful music led by the haunting voice of Susi Vogel, who sings in the language of Goethe about a woman’s anxious confrontations with the world, the need for an honest social conscience and the obsession with the last images of a feverish passion.

We find ourselves in an Electro - EBM sound universe, which combines a FRONT 242 style with the electro accents of KOMPROMAT. All enhanced by a throwing voice that evokes ANNE CLARK at her best moments. The EP includes 4 tracks and is released in vinyl and digital formats by Red Maze Records, the spin-of label from WAVES, the well-known radio show (Radio Vibration) based in Brussels. The label us looking for distributors / record shops in Germany so, if you are interested, feel free to get in touch with them.

Release date: May 15, 2021
Produced and mixed by David Gillain
Mastered by Thomas P. Heckmann @ Schnittstelle (Berlin)
