Hard hits from up North! The dynamic duo Spetsnaz , Sweden ’s Power Electro act no. 1, returns with its most versatile album to date. Pontus and Stefan have stayed true to their trademark sound – with its energy-laden beats and thudding sequencers, wrapped in minimalist arrangements that will shake any floor – but have enriched it with a myriad of new facets. There are still enough typical massive full-frontal attacks to make “Deadpan” an excellent floor burner all the way through … but these have been mingled with tracks that uncover a thorough affinity for early Eighties Electro, a previously hidden side of the two hardcore hooligans. Rest assured that these tracks are also not sounding any tamer than the rest of the lot … but they do sport an extra added subversive hit appeal that allows Pontus to showcase that he is not only a potent shouter but also a brilliant and energetic singer.

Sweden - This is crisp bread, Köttbullar, Ikea, H&M and wooden cottages. Amongst all these things, the country can come up with some other highlights. In the way of 80es US Glam like TWISTE SISTER, MÖTLEYCRÜE, POISON SKID ROW and GUNS N' ROSES comes a new spandex highlight of a special kind.‘The Unattractive Revolution’ is the second album of the Swedish band CRASHDIET and will be released in Germany on the 23rd November 2007. Their first album ‘Rest in Sleaze’ was released in 2005 and was a big success in Sweden. The former singer Dave Lepard committed suicide short before the international breakthrough of the band. A notch for him was found with the new fronter Oliver Twist, who has more L.A feeling than Axl Rose and Dr.Dre together. 2 Songs of the new album were produced with the help of no-one less than Mick Mars of MÖTLEY CRÜE who travelled to Sweden to work on the new songs together with guitarist Martin Sweet.

Only a few days until the WITHIN TEMPTATION Tour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland starts. WITHIN TEMPTATION got recently back from their US-Tour with 13 shows and would like to thank the fans there, for their support. The band around singer Sharon had a lot of fun. Pics and reports will be available shortly in the 'Open Disc Area' of the album ‘The Heart of Everything’. Ruud has already begun to write a report.Good news for the fans in England. The ‘Mother Earth’ album will be re-released there by Roadrunner Records. The album has a different artwork and 4 bonus tracks. For all fans, that would like to buy the UK version.
