British LADYTRON recently signed an exclusive license contract with Hamburg label 'Major Records' for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Russia and the Baltic states. 'Destroy Everything You Touch' will be the first single release - hitting the shops on 30th March 2007 - out off the current album 'Witching Hour' which - so far - was only available as import CD and now will be officially released in Germany on 5th April 2007. The album will be available as special digi-pack edition with remixes as bonus tracks. Furthermore, LADYTRON will be touring with NINE INCH NAILS through Europe in March. They followed the personal wish and invitation of NIN mastermind Trent Reznor. Here are the German dates:

Since 18th February 2007 the new Zentriert ins Antlitz album "Diametral" is available for free download in CD-quality in uncompressed WAV-fomat.Instead of a formerly announced CD-Release, the album is released under a Creative Commons license which allows unrestricted non-commercial copying and distribution.

A NIGHTWISH video blog, featuring footage of the band recording the orchestra parts for their forthcoming album at the famed Abbey Road Studios in London, England, has been posted online here. NIGHTWISH will release a new single, entitled "Eva", on May 30. "Eva" will be an Internet-only single release, all profits from which shall be donated to a charity that will be announced later. In Finland, the single will be available exclusively from NetAnttila.

Mona Mur, extravagant vocalist and composer of rigid wave ballads, was, together with her collegues of the EN and organist Nikko Weidemann, responsible for 80s undergroundhits such as "Snake" , "Surabaya Johnny" and "Eintagsfliegen" performed in concerts of manic intesity and morbid slowbeat chic. Then the diva disappeared for a decade, becoming martial artist and composer for video games. Until director Fatih Akin rediscovered her. Three of her violently orchestral tracks landed in the soundtrack of his much awarded movie "Gegen die Wand/Head On). A "best Of MM" - Compilation followed (INTO YOUR EYE, Dark Dimensions 2004).
