what? I can imagine you never heard from this band. It is the child of
Richard Brunelle (ex-Morbid Angel) and since a month their debut album
'Promisses In Blood' is released. A strong underground death metal
album. (Soon the review will be online).Path Of Possession is not 'just' a deathmetalband. The singer is Geogre Fischer from Cannibal Corpse is the frontman.

Tuomas
Holopainen, founding member of Nightwish, gave more information
about the break with Tarja Turunen in the latest issue of Suomen Kuvalehti 43/2005. This Finish magazine has a real good reputation. Tuomas is interviewed by Tia Nikkinen.An English translation was put online (thanks to the offcial board of Nightwish).
Nightwish boss will not regret giving Tarja the boot. Metalband Nightwish gave the boot to their vocalist Tarja Turunen after the last concert of their world tour last weekend. It was published in an open letter, which criticized Turunen failing to keep contracts and for being greedy among other things.

Die Krupps – 25 years metal machine music!Critics worldwide name them together with the pioneers of electronic music like “Kraftwerk” or “Die Einstürzenden Neubauten”; bands like “Nitzer Ebb” or “Front 242” call them their inspiration and idols, and their sonic ideas influenced other artists of a broad musical spectrum ranging from early “Depeche Mode” to Techno-innovators from Detroit. In about 25 years “Die Krupps” refined with each album an innovative and always distinctive signature.
After the monumental beginning of the “Stahlwerksymphonie” (1981), “Volle Kraft Voraus” and “Entering the Arena” followed which gained international success and which were a characteristical synthesis of synth sounds, danceability and high recognizability.

After touring a lot this year, the gothmetalband Tristania is back in Norway. On their website they published a little update and they thank the audience for their support.,, First of all we would like thank the ones that showed up and supported us on Wave Gotik Treffen, Summer Breeze and Wacken Open Air. We had a great time.
As most of you know by now; we're currently in writing mode. Østen has been writing quite some of the lyrics, and both Anders and Einar are working busily with pre-production of the songs. Right now we are starting to jam on the new material as a complete band in the rehearsal room. We learned with Ashes how fruitful this can turn out; especially considering the vocals. The whole band is shaping the material together during this process, and each member adds a personal touch to his/her lines. Usually new ideas also is born through this process, and to a certain degree we are composing music from scratch this way. This time around we also have a “new” creative force in Svein Terje.
