On 15th March, the second Gothic Aid Benefit Festival takes place in Hamburg. In this year all incomes of the festival will support the child hospice “Sternenbrücke” in Hamburg. The hospice most notably dedicates its work - besides the attendance and dying companionship of seriously ill adolescents - to the care and support of afflicted relatives. In our opinion, children have a right to grow up in loving and humanely relations and to get to know and love life even if it’s under very special circumstances. http://www.sternenbruecke.de/

Kultur Schock has finished production on their new album, LIVE IN EUROPE! LIVE IN EUROPE was recorded December 1, 2006 at a sold-out show in Sofia, Bulgaria, in the midst of a tour which took the band through Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, France and Spain. Clocking in at over 78 minutes, the album is sure to satisfy die-hard fans who have been begging the band to release a new live record. This year it has been 20 years ago that a young angry Danish teenager started recording material under the name Leaether Strip. That's correct, 20 years ago Claus Larsen launched a dark electro sound that would become his trademark. Celebrating this 20 years of music brutality, Claus Larsen launches the brand new double-CD "Civil Disobedience" on www.alfa-matrix.com. Claus Larsen also seized the opportunity to write the conceptual "one-nine-eight-two" CD, a collection of forbidden art that Claus Larsen devoted to the good old years of moogs and 808s. This album of pure eighties synth lines and fat bass sounds is exclusively available as bonus album in the deluxe carton 3CD box edition of the "Civil Disobedience" album.
