Kotipelto is the solo project from Stratovarius frontman /singer Timo KOTIPELTO. He is one of the most important musicians in the Melodic Metal scene and now releases his third album “Serenity” in April on AFM Records. After one and a half year of touring and meanwhile starting to compose new songs, Dutch metalband Morning is going to enter the studio in April to record a follow-up album for their debut "Hour of Joy", worldwide released in September 2005 by Black Lotus Records. Since the label announced in May2006 that they stopped all their activities, Morning will first record this album and hope to find a suiting label very soon. The album will be recorded under supervision of producer Gail Liebling, (Gail of God), who already worked with bands like Callenish Circle and Cruachan as a producer, but also with Fear Factory and Symphony X as a sound engineer.
