The organizers are happy to announce already the next legend of the Extreme Metal genre. Their first albums were pioneering for the genre and can’t be missing in any well-sorted Extreme Metal collection. Regardless of that fact, this band has always evolved and after them turning to Industrial Metal has released some genuine masterpieces. With their new album ‘Above', SAMAEL gone back to their roots now and are stronger than ever. Due to a vocal cord inflammation of singer Jennifer Weist, the band is forced to cancel all further dates of the tour. The band apologizes to all fans, organizers and the team. All shows are going to be re-scheduled for 2010, which also includes the show on 24th November at Zeche in Bochum. This show will now be taking place on 16th March 2010. All tickets remain valid. EQUILIBRIUM and RIGER from Germany have been confirmed for the Ragnarök Festival 7, set to take place from 29th April until 1st May 2010 at Ostbayernhalle (D-92286 Rieden/Kreuth).

The upcoming “Finale in Black” tour with SATYRICON, SHINING, DARK FORTRESS and POSTHUM will be the last supporting SATYRICON’s current album ‘The Age of Nero’. Before Santa Clause comes on 6th December, there’s another little thingy to look forward to: The gentlemen of COPPELIUS and their butler Bastile have decided to travel the long way to Munich to put the auditorium called “Backstage Halle” under their spell. Metallic rawness will unite with delicate classic orchestration and the dear ladies and gentlemen in attendance will move their bodies in rapture.
