Exactly for one month, SORGENTE were on the road now. Since 2 weeks, they’re back in California. Both the scheduled video shoots in Las Vegas and the Mojave Desert, as well as the club shows in Los Angeles went down very well and successful. On 12th November, the annual 19th LA Music Awards took place at the Avalon Theatre in Hollywood and SORGENTE deservedly received the award for “Best International Rock Performer Of The Year”Source: Newsletter

DANIEL VRANGSINN, bass player with Norwegian Black Metal legends CARPATHIAN FOREST, producer, and founder of the Misantrof AntiLabel, will debut his new album 'Phobia' at the "Do What Thou Wilt Shall Be The Key To The World", art exhibition that will open at the Kurant Art Gallery, in Tromsø, Norway, on Friday, 13th November. The exhibition features eight national and international artists from satanic/occult/black metal backgrounds, whose art deals with the darker aspects of life, and who are consequently often perceived as “extreme”. The exhibition will comprise traditional mediums such as paintings and sculptures, alongside pieces of video art, into which category VRANGSINN’s 'Phobia' fits, as each song on the album can either be listened to as a straightforward music track, or watched as a video. - Details

’Liebe ist für alle da’, RAMMSTEIN´s recently released album was put on the index due to accusations including too explicit lyrics containing much too non-critical or positive depiction of sex and violence, for instance in ‘Ich tu Dir weh’, or a picture showing Richard Z. Kruspe and a woman on her knees. It’s not unlikely that their first single ‘Pussy’ also is responsible for this decision. According to members of the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons, the song instigates having sexual intercourse without any protection and therefore, RAMMSTEIN’s handling concerning such dangerous diseases like HIV is irresponsible. - Details

PARADISE LOST have issued the following statement:“As some of you maybe aware, we have had to use a stand in guitarist (Milly Evans) to replace Greg Mackintosh for a few dates due to a serious illness within Greg's family. We did this with the sole purpose to prevent having to cancel any shows and to avoid disappointing fans that had already bought tickets and were looking forward to the concerts. So it is with great regret that we have to unavoidably announce that some gigs must be postponed for now and rescheduled as soon as possible. This is due to prior commitments Milly Evans has with his own band. We are working round these to fly him back and forth wherever possible to minimise any disruption to the tour, but we ask you to bear with us in this difficult time.
