Trisol Music Group today confirms 5th March 2010 as the European release date for ”The Death Of Romance”; the fifth studio album of Norwegian band Zeromancer. Welcome to the modern sound of industrial – Zeromancer serves you new dark electronic rock in a delicious manner. ”It was the perfect puzzle to solve. In a weird way it has been our most painless album to make so far. It’s Zeromancer to the bone, our flesh and blood in one piece”, says Kim Ljung.

Counting back only one year, Zeromancer released their long awaited and highly acclaimed album ”Sinners International”. As with ”Sinners International” they have kept the same impressive strategy by producing, recording and mixing the album themselves. ”The Death Of Romance” sounds like a band in total control and on top of their career releasing their own memoirs. ”We are the Industrypeople” they keep chanting in the opening track. Is this their sarcastic poke to the very industry they are a part of? Or is it a sincere anthem to their industrial heritage? The guess is, you figure it yourself.

Another crowning moment of the album is the song ”The Hate Alphabet”. Snarling guitars on top of a rumbling beat is pounding you in the chest while the chorus is repeatedly going ”I hate you in a love you way”.  How familiar ain’t that. Their ”The Death Of Romance” European tour kicks off in Bergen, Norway on 5th March. Zeromancer will also be supporting German band ”Unheilig” for their upcoming “Grosse Freiheit” tour in Germany and they are confirmed for Blackfield Festival and Wave Gotik Treffen this year. More European dates will be announced shortly.
