Machine Head – Catharsis Tour 2018
If there is a torch bearer for Thrash Metal throughout the decades, it has to be MACHINE HEAD. The band from Oakland, California was formed back in 1991. IN 1994, MACHINE HEAD released their debut album ‘Burn my Eyes’, which transformed the scene in a similar way as METALLICA’s ‘Master of Puppets’ had done eight years earlier.
In January 2018, MACHINE HEAD have released their ninth album ‘Catharsis’, which has received critical acclaim, as it once again constitutes a significant development in the band’s sound. And the fact that most of the band’s recent gigs sold out in a heartbeat, shows that MACHINE HEAD still prove to be relevant.
