Bonfire - Rock Legends: “A Night with Bonfire and Friends” Tour 2018
When it’s getting dark early, and the brown leaves will have fallen down from the trees, it is time to brush your long hair and pull out the leather vest from the closet: Because the ultimate Rock show is happening in November, and it will be a treat for all fans of Hard Rock and Metal.
BONFIRE & FRIENDS. This name says it all - because BONFIRE have invited some legendary friends to an amazing tour. In 1987, the band wrote the BONFIRE classics ‘Sweet Obsession’ and ‘Sleeping All Alone’ with Joe Lynn Turner (ex RAINBOW, DEEP PURPLE) as well as 2017 the ballad ‘Without You’ for the 2017 album ‘Byte the Bullet’. Hans Ziller toured with Phil Mogg in 2014 and Bobby Kimball had previously participated in Bonfire's charity festival “Rock For Asia”. “The idea of BONFIRE & FRIENDS has been in my mind for a long time,” says Hans Ziller, “a tour through large halls where BONFIRE and original artists perform the greatest hits in Rock history.”
The three-hour show is packed with Rock-crackers like ‘I Surrender’, ‘Stone Cold’, ‘Lights Out’, ‘Doctor Doctor’, ‘Jet City Woman’, ‘Hold The line’, ‘Africa’, ‘Eye Of The Tiger’ and ‘First Time’ and an homage to DEEP PURPLE with songs like ‘Burn’, ‘Child in Time’ and ‘Smoke on The Water’ - just to name a few. BONFIRE as the band of the Rock Legends will bring their unique style and sound to these smash-hits, as they already proved in their ingenious cover version of ‘Sweet Home Alabama’. A typical 80s production with catwalks, stairs, ramps and ingenious lights and pyro effects will mean not only will there be amazing talent and songs but a spectacle for both the eyes and the ears. Of course, the BONFIRE hits ‘Ready 4 Reaction’, ‘Sweet Obsession’ und ‘You Make Me Feel’ will also be included. Don't miss this legendary show!
