Architects, While She Sleeps, Fit For An Autopsy, Wolf Down
Brighton’s ARCHITECTS are a band who have never shied away from challenging the world around them. Long praised as some of modern metal’s most progressive-thinking minds, for the past decade, the Sussex-based quartet have pushed boundaries, redefined genres, and never feared having to question themselves in order for their art to leave its mark. Their current album ‘All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us’ sums up the worldwide anger and disillusion in search of some semblance of hope for a world increasingly consumed by fear, anger and confusion. The band devote time and energies to environmental causes and vocalist Sam Carter is an ambassador for ocean preservation charity Sea Shepherd.
The band currently consists of vocalist Sam Carter, drummer Dan Searle, bassist Alex Dean and guitarist Adam Christianson. On 20 August 2016, lead guitarist, primary songwriter, keyboardist and founding member Tom Searle died after a three-year battle with skin cancer. The band continued touring in tribute to Tom, but has stated that whether they will release any music in the future is yet to be decided. While playing in Germany for two shows, Architects will be joined by two more energetic special guests. There is the British Metalcore Band WHILE SHE SLEEPS from Sheffield, the American Deathcore band FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY from New Jersey and WOLF DOWN for the Ruhr region which is a Hardcore-Punk band. With this powerful package of Metalcore, Deathcore and Hardcore every fan of hard music would be happy.
