You cannot really accuse ARCHIVE of idleness. The London-based Trip Hop, Indie and Post Rock collective surrounding Darius Keeler and Danny Griffith did not only release their tenth record ‘Restriction’ recently but another record called ‘Axiom’ also made it into the stores, the most elaborate project they have released so far and which they simultaneously connected with a 40 minutes long short film. The film was developed in cooperation with the Spanish film collective NYSU and if there is a band predestined to create its own soundtrack it's most definitely ARCHIVE. The Brits are currently on tour so the opportunity to put on a show for fans in Dortmund's FZW had to be taken.

Alison Moyet - The European Minutes Tour 2015
Alison is a real multi-talent, moving between different musical genres like Punk Rock, Pop, Chanson or Blues. Grauzone Festival Day 2: The Woken Trees, The Membranes, Toy, Mick Harvey, Zounds, DAF, Shopping, Lola Colt, The Oscillation, The Damned, Clan of Xymox
After two successful one-day festivals, this year’s two-days happening set out to break all records. The multidisciplinary festival offered once again the best of the 80’s music and lifestyle with art and film and a lot of life music of course. And all this took place under the roof of the Melkweg, a former dairy factory. As my friends and I travelled from Germany to see DAF, we only came for the second day. And being busy watching all the bands, I had not enough time to have a look at the exhibitions or to watch a film.

Lordi, Palace & Sinheresy
The monsters are back in town. In support of their most recent album ‘Scare Force One’, the Finnish monster rockers LORDI travel through the countries to put the fear of god into the humans attending their shows. You can read a lot about LORDI and what a show they’re laying down on stage, but those texts can’t prepare you for what’s in store for you when wanting to experience a show yourself. As support acts the monsters brought symphonic heavy metal band SINHERESY and Teutonic metal act PALACE.
