9th February 2014
Cradle of Filth, Behemoth, In Solitude, Inquisition, Svarttjern
CRADLE OF FILTH and BEHEMOTH are co-headlining this brutal tour and along the way they bring no less than three other bands as support act. The headliners will be taking turns on the last act and this evening it’s up to CRADLE OF FILTH to finish this pitch dark evening. With another Dutch show coming up in a week, I was happy to see that a proper crowd was already lining up in front of the venue.

Jennifer Rostock & Marathonmann
With ‘Schlaflos’, JENNIFER ROSTOCK present their 4th album and are also present again on stage in Germany. The *_*-Tour in 2013 was completely sold out, and that without a new album. That might be the reason, why they stop two times in Hamburg during this current tour, on 8th and 9th February. We attended the second show and this one was a great success!

Simple Minds – Greatest Hits Tour
The legendary venue Jovel in Münster/ Westphalia established its reputation with presenting a diverse programme of live acts and other events of high quality. In 2006 the former location had to be closed but they found a new home in a former car dealer and built a shiny new place that is now accessible for handicapped people as well. The venue has a capacity for more than 1,500 people and since it was sold-out that day, it was packed as well.

EMP Persistence Tour 2014: Suicidal Tendencies, Terror, Strife, Evergreen Terrace, Ramallah, Nasty, The Arrs
This is the 6th time that one of the biggest hardcore festivals is being held at 013 in Tilburg. Earlier editions of the Persistence Tour featured bands such as HATEBREED, SICK OF IT ALL, AGNOSTIC FRONT and MADBALL. This year’s edition is headlined by no one less than the legendary SUICIDAL TENDENCIES. Some years ago, this American crossover / hardcore band has already proven to be up to the task. Furthermore, hardcore-breathing band TERROR will hit the stage as well as STRIFE, EVERGREEN TERRACE and RAMALLAH. The tour will open with two more ‘local’ bands: the German hardcore band NASTY and the politically loaded French hardcore band THE ARRS.
