With 5 LPs under their belts, NOSTRADAMUS are on the road with their next instalment, ‘Illusion's Parade’. But this time around, not much has changed. The band worked yet again with Anders Theo Theander as producer for the album, which was recorded at the famous Roasting House Studios in Sweden. This resulted in a much fresher mixture of speed, heaviness, and thrilling intensity that overpowers the music altogether. NOSTRADAMUS’ style goes down the lines of sounding a lot like the one of DRAGONFORCE when it comes to the instrumental segments, that is, solos and riffs that tend to clash into one another, having the vocal chords bounce atop the whole segment as it’s playing itself through. Overall, ‘Illusion’s Parade’ is nothing more and nothing less than what the title already suggests it to be: A mere illusion!
