Album Review
After their debut ‘Disease’, MINUSHEART now is going to release ‘Healed’ - a limited remix album. This should make the time of waiting for the next album more comfortable. The listener has to expect 17 remix-versions of previous songs.
Listening to the different interpretations of the songs is very interesting, mainly while comparing them to the originals. Bands like DESTROID, ALTER DER RUINE, ACCESSORY and CHOM did a great job to create new styles of the songs. It’s like an expedition to the different EBM and Industrial parts which would make this remix album also a pleasure for fans. Because of the fact, that this album is limited to 1,000 copies, people who would like to get an exemplar should hurry up shortly after the release on 30th April, 2010. The release date is soon upon us!
I also want to say a few words about the cover-artwork. The cover of their debut album shows a person whose mouth is needled - not able to open. The actual cover shows the person opening the sewing threats. It’s like liberation shout. So, what might we except from the next album cover? The next step should be a mouth wide open without filaments. Maybe MINUSHEART is going to fool us. But back to topic… This remix album is really successful. Those of you who already know the previous tracks should also have interest in listening to the re-arranged versions.
