The Southern California rock act BOY HITS CAR will be going back out on their first headline tour in over 10 years, and will be bringing Exotic Animal Petting Zoo (Mediaskare Records) as support! The tour is dubbed the Embrace The Fire tour. Look for BOY HITS CAR to be playing a handful of classics from their self-titled Wind Up Records release, and embrace yourself for some new tunes, too.
BOY HITS CAR is running a contest for their diehard fans. The band will be giving away 2 (two) free tickets and 2 (two) autographed copies of Stealing Fire to 2 (two) lucky fans at each tour date below. The rules are simple.
THE BOY HITS CAR FAN FUN CONTEST
1. Like the official BOY HITS CAR Facebook page, and share the page with at least 2 friends.
2. Personal message the BHC Facebook page with the subject line: Contest - City, STATE @ Venue
3. Within body of message, make sure you give us your REAL first and last name (ex. Darth Vadar will automatically be disqualified, no disrespect to Star Wars) and tell us 2 (two) BOY HITS CAR original songs (old or new) you would like to hear that night.
4. All winners will be announced on Oct 1, 2012, and BOY HITS CAR will play 1 of those 2 songs live you mentioned. Before said song is played, the band will announce live on stage a personal thank you to YOU. Winners will also receive an autographed copy of Stealing Fire, and get a chance to meet the band in person.
