On May 23rd, before the shows, a fan meeting is organised in the small room of the Paradiso. The meaning of the meeting is to create a chance for the fans to get to learn each other [better]. The room can welcome 170 people and full is full. There will be a tombola with TG-prizes. People must registrate [via the website] for the meeting May 23rd, from 14 till 16. After the shows there's also a meeting, the room is open for everyone, but also here. Entrance will only be approved on presentation of a valid ticket for the shows.- Details

Bochum Total 2005 – 07th July – 10th July 2005
Once a year we have this celebration in town (Bochum /West Germany) which is called "Bochum Total". This year it is the 20th anniversary and there is a lot to see and hear.
There will be 4 days full of music on 4 stages. The best of it all - it's for free. And it's not a small festival, they are expecting over 900 000 visitors. The Line Up is so far: Mesh, Apoptygma Berzerk, ASP, Qntal, Escape with Romeo, Days in Grief, [LAW], Blackmail, Face Tomorrow, Alpha Boy School,Dive, Schelpmeier & Rümenapp, Tamoto, Jansen & Kowalski, Hartmann, Surf, 3 vom Rhein Bosse and Madsen. Despite a message on the band's official web site (there you see only a gravestone with the words: Peter Steele, free at least, 1962 - 2005.) that seems to suggest otherwise, TYPE O NEGATIVE frontman Peter Steele HAS NOT DIED. The band, who are famous for their dark sense of humor, have spent much of the last few months preparing material for their SPV Records debut, which is expected to be recorded later in the year.
TYPE O NEGATIVE cancelled their U.S. tour last fall in order to allow Steele to undergo further tests after "undisclosed anomalies" were discovered during a medical exam. A February 11, 2005 update on Peter's condition from TYPE O NEGATIVE drummer Johnny Kelly stated, "There really isn't much to report other than he's doing fine and his health is improving daily."
