The centre of P:LOT’s work is the artistic idea and they’re focussing on getting out the maximum of what they’re aiming for: Maximum lust, maximum guilt, maximum chance, or ‘Mein Name ist’. To get their message out to the public properly they chose music as the suitable means of transportation, specifically for the genre ‘Alternative Pop’. With it the band is spreading on ‘Mein Name ist’ their vision of maximum subversive mind-expansion in 12 chapters. With it, the trio created music, which is, despite serious lyrics and complex harmonies, sprays a basic optimism you hardly find with other artists.

The 3rd Ayria album "Hearts for bullets" has finally been corrected on iTunes Music Store and is now available for purchase in it's entirety! The popular download store had inserted an incorrect version of the release in late 2008 with customers downloading tracks that contained nothing but static and noise. After the band's label Alfa Matrix ( http://www.alfa-matrix.com/ ) reported this issue to iTunes, it took the online store still over a month to remove the faulty release and make the correct tracks available. Alfa Matrix and Ayria would like to apologize for this inconvenience to the fans and ask that those who purchased the incorrect album version (unfortunately several hundred customers were affected) to please contact iTunes to get fully refunded for this. Available now via Amazon USA, Amazon UK, iTunes and various other digital download outlets is the digital only EP "Diaegnosis" by Leaether Strip. The EP resulted being a very melancholic release "dedicated to all who has lost a loved one to HIV/AIDS", says Claus Larsen. It holds 2 new songs about loss and the persecution of HIV/AIDS victims and their loved ones, a new version of "Go ahead", and a cover version of The Beloved song "Deliver me". On January 23rd (UK: January 26th), 2009, German alternative rockers (Melancholy, Dark Glam, …). THE PUSSYBATS are to release their long-awaited album "Famous Last Songs“ worldwide via Black Rain Records. Germany was shocked in 2003 by the break-up of the most successful German Alternative Rock band of all time. The GUANO APES outlived themselves; the sum of the parts didn’t fit together anymore, but repelled itself. An era with several successful albums showing you can actually have great success with honest; energetic rock music had come to its end. It wasn’t an easy farewell – neither for the band nor their fans, still there’s a new beginning to every end and so bass player Stefan Ude, Drummer Dennis Poschwatta; and guitarist Henning Rümenapp came back together in the studio only three months after the official split with no intention of forming a new band back then.
