Kim Wilde
You just can’t get around them; neither as a party, a festival nor in fashion. The 80s do and will keep fascinating the masses for a long time. But no one has the right to claim they’ve witnessed the 80s if they haven’t seen HER. We’re talking about KIM WILDE, one of the most glamorous icons of pop music and the most successful English pop singer of all times. For the French people, she’s the “Brigit Bardot of Rock” and in Germany there surely wasn’t a single teenager room without a huge poster.

Within the next three months, the majority of the Erasure singles back catalogue (from "Who Needs Love Like That" to "Sunday Girl") will no longer be manufactured once the physical formats (CD, vinyl, picture disc and DVD) have sold out. This also applies to the vinyl editions of the albums ("Wonderland" to "Other People's Songs"). In a note from the Erasure info service fans are informed that it is "a standard practice within the music industry for singles to be removed from the labels catalogue and therefore no longer manufactured after a period of mere weeks, so for singles to still be pressed so long after their initial release is quite remarkable".Source: Side Line Magazine

"When Black Beats Blue" is a line from the song "Breathe" off of the Seabound album "Double-Crosser". Seabound chose it as the album title because the idea of compiling an album of rare and unreleased tracks was in part sparked by two unreleased Breathe remixes. With rare material from 2001 to 2008 and various remixers from the electronic genre, this release contains collaborations with HECQ, Forma Tadre, Haujobb, Mindless Faith, and more. The "Domination" remix by Die Form is particularly worth mentioning because Seabound are the only band Die Form has ever remixed throughout its musical career. Also included is "Watching Over You (Live SF)" which is now professionally mastered on CD for the first time and features Reagan Jones of Iris, recorded during the bands' joint US tour in 2008. Released on Metropolis and available from February 3rd, 2009 in a limited run of jus 2.500 copies.Source: Side Line Magazine
