The start of the DANKO JONES tour together with MOTÖRHEAD couldn’t have been any better. 2 sold-out shows in a row at the Ambassador Theatre in Dublin speak for themselves and now also SAXON is in the boat and definitely makes this the mother of all rock tours 2008. The 3 bands will tour together for 5 weeks in total and almost all shows will have a SOLD OUT sign. DANKO JONES’ third single ‘King of Magazines’ is going to be released on 5th December 2008. The video clip will be done by the end of November, ‘King of Magazines’ is the absolute crowd-pleaser on every Europe show of the band ever since ‘Never Too Loud’ has been released.- Details

PHILLIP BOA signed a deal with Rough Trade Distribution. The new album of PHILLIP BOA & THE VOODOOCLUB is supposed to be released on 13 February 2009 via Rough Trade. “Rough Trade facilitated me my very first deal with an English label in 1986.” says Boa. “I think, together we’ve made a contemporary ‘record deal’, reacting on the market changes during the last years.”
