His debut album ‘Hand Built by Robots’ reached #1 in the UK charts, four singles found their way into the charts, amongst it, the Top 10 hit ‘Dream Catch Me’ Faulkner’s career over here started very promising as well. The extremely catchy singer/songwriter number ‘Dream Catch Me’ his debut in Germany, became a significant radio hit and peaked in the Top 40 of the German Single Charts. With ‘Gone in the Morning’, the second piece from Newton’s debut ‘Hand Built by Robots’ will be released as digital download - it differs quite a lot from the album version. As the KINGS OF LEON released their third album ‘Because of the Times’ in April 2007, the US magazine Entertainment Weekly splashed out and honoured the work with the predicate ‘Splendid Achievement’ the US Rolling Stone was wondering “How good can the KINGS OF LEON still get? They already surpassed all expectations”. In the US, the four-piece, consisting of the three brothers Caleb, Nathan und Jared plus cousin Matthew, managed to sell out the famous Radio City Music Hall in New York and the Greek Theatre in Hollywood.- Details

This October it is time again for some female metal power in Belgium. The festival seems to be split up in not only two days but two kinds of music. Both days provide metal but on Sunday the music will be heavier. There will be some VIP tickets for sale but not that many, these are very popular. It is nice of course to have a place to sit and maybe even meet some members of your favorite bands. Metal Female Voices is doing a great job of providing new bands every year!

Powered by fans worldwide these tribute albums have offered more than one pearl per release since the series was started back in 1995. The MODEified series started as a compilation series of Depeche Mode songs that were covered by people on the Depeche Mode mailinglist BONG. The main force behind the project is Rob Augino.
