The Dark Area Festival will also take place this year on 2nd October and promises to become one of the biggest indoor festivals in autumn 2008. The venue will be the Nachthallen in Kassel as you know it. On an area of 2600 square metres, 9 live acts will perform on 2 stages and simultaneously several DJs amongst them Bruno Kramm (Das Ich) and DJ Arsenal (Ward 6 / USA) will make two party floors burn with a wide-spread, dark music program.

The last year was all about the Deine Lakaien anniversary and the successful orchestra project. Now, finally, the Veljanov solo album release date is approaching.The first single is released 24 October 2008 followed by the album on 07 November 2008. During the next weeks album and song titles are going to be published and first song samples will be available on www.myspace.com/veljanov

On 9th and 10th August, the black and the colourful gather up again in Hildesheim to enjoy the M’era Luna. As usual the festival comes up with a top line-up. As last band we could engage the dark rockers of MONO.INC who will open the Sunday on the main stage. So the playing times have slightly changed. STURM & DRANG at the Wacken Open Air - that fits… Already last year the Finnish shooting stars paid the festival their first visit and completely convinced the attending press. After a pretty eventful year with the release of their debut ‘Learning to Rock’, a big tour with APOCALYPTICA, a sensational Japan trip and big successes in their home country (All singles and the album in the Top 3, Winning of the Emma award), our four talented musicians have been here in Germany again. In order to rock Wacken, STURM & DRANG interrupted the ongoing works for their new album, which promise a new smasher.
