The most recent VNV NATION release ‘Judgement’ dates back a year already. While Ronan and Mark successfully toured the world during the last months, some of their fans retreated to their studio for a change. The German VNV NATION forum ‘VIP Nation’ (http://www.vipnation.de/) already releases the second part of its own electro compilation ‘State of the Heart’ this autumn.
‘State of the Heart 2 - Further Sounds of VIP Nation’ comprises 30 - mostly exclusive - tracks representing a wide range of styles in electronic music with songs by i.e. EGOAMP, FINAL SELECTION, HEAD-LESS or SUPREME COURT. All artists are members of the VIP Nation forum, where the idea to this exceptional sampler was born.Not only musically, the ‘State of the Heart 2’ certainly is one of the most interesting newcomer compilations of the electro scene. Also the price of just 9.95 EUR - for over 2 hours of music - is more than fair. The ‘SOTH 2’ can be exclusively pre-ordered at http://www.poponaut.de/ until its release on 7th November 2008. As the edition depends on the amount of pre-orders, interested parties should nail down a copy for themselves right away. Those who want to see some ‘SOTH’ bands live gets the chance on 15th November as a little ‘SOTH’ festival takes place there in the frame of the ‘Electroshock - Depeche Mode Party’.
