Hungarian Avant-Garde Synth Pop duo BLACK NAIL CABARET will reissue their originally self-released and therefore overlooked 2018 masterpiece ‘Pseudopop’ on Digipak CD and at a later date also on vinyl due to production shortages. ‘Pseudopop’ will include the bonus track ‘The Worm’ and the Digipak CD will be released on April 29, 2022.

Metropolis Records is thrilled to welcome the legendary UK Post-Punk act CHAMELEONS to its label roster. Long cited as a hugely influential act, having inspired the likes of (The) VERVE, OASIS, INTERPOL, THE KILLERS and EDITORS, the group was formed in Manchester in 1981 and comprised vocalist / bassist Mark Burgess, guitarists Reg Smithies and Dave Fielding, plus drummer John Lever. They released three classic albums - ‘Script of the Bridge’ (1983), ‘What Does Anything Mean? Basically?’ (1985) and ‘Strange Times’ (1986) - before breaking up.- Details

Originally slated for a release on February 25, Finnish Sleaze and Glam rock act RECKLESS LOVE have to postpone their new, much awaited album ‘Turborider’ for another month. WARDRUNA have not performed in the UK since before The Plague gripped us all around the throat two years ago. Their Nordic incantations to the runes, nature and spiritual healing have had to be experienced via private rituals, either on your own or in the company of small groups as sanctioned by the law. Before then these rituals would have been witnessed in far flung places as Red Rock Colorado, St Petersburg in Russia or Sofia in Bulgaria, the ‘Runaljod’ trilogy, ‘Skald’ and ‘Kvitravn’ all had their turn soothing and calming my mind during this period and inculcating astral projections and psychic time travelling that took me out of the mundanity of the present and into worlds that invoked ancient Nordic textures and nature.
