It's just one year ago that the metal band around frontwoman Jennifer have celebrated their stage debut at the legendary Wacken Open Air. In 2016, THE EXPLODING BOY are celebrating ten years as a band. New releases and live shows are coming up for this occation. Since the wonderful Wave Gotik Treffen show earlier this year the band has exchanged the drum machine and the invisible bass player to real people of flesh and blood. THE EXPLODING BOY are very proud and happy to announce their new band members: Richard (IAMX, Strip Music, Melody Club) on drums and Mattias (Paris, The April Tears) on bass.

Finland has not only brought forth HIM, but also other notorious bands and we know that at least since this band: THE 69 EYES. After numerous performances in local clubs THE EYES got a contract with the Finnish underground label “Gaga Goodies” and released their debut `Bump'n'Grind´ in 1992. Three albums later, they switched to Roadrunner Records and took the Finnish single charts by storm with their record `Wasting the Dawn´ and the same-named single, on which Ville Valo (HIM) contributed some baking vocals. What followed was an extensive tour through Europe, a gig at the M'era Luna Festival, and being the support act for bands such as PARADISE LOST.

The 4th year of Nordic Noise Festival offers the most ambitious artist line-up so far, with a wide range of rock- and hard rock bands from all over the world. The headliner Friday is the living rock-legend Mike Tramp with backing/support band Lucer. Saturday the Swedish rockers Mustasch are headlining with an exclusive show in Denmark. On top of that, international names like The Treatment (UK), Kickin Valentina (US) and Now Or Never (FR/DK) will deliver the goods along with some of the best bands the Danish rock scene has to offer.
