One year before celebrating 10 year anniversary, the promoters of EOD in Cologne made up a really good line up, let’s see if they can top that in 2016. This year FROZEN PLASMA, HAUJOBB, ACCESSORY, PHOSGORE and UNTERSCHICHT will be playing and of course there won’t be only band playing but also DJ’s will be there to make you dance – and this even right before AMPHI Festival. So maybe if you didn’t get a ticket for the “Call the ships to port“ thing on 24th July, don’t know what to do and want to have a good start into a hot weekend full of music, this might be an option to think about!

Vocalist Jo and his brother David Amore (drums) have just left French heavy metal pioneers NIGHTMARE. Therefore, the remaining members Yves Campion (bass), Franck Milleliri (guitar) und Matt Asselberghs (guitar) decided to change plans and not continue to work on the band’s planned project of re-recording songs from their first two album. Instead, NIGHTMARE will search for new members to replace Jo and David, to start working on a studio album will all brand new material (to be released in the second half of 2016) soon.See the full statement here:

Following the announcement of their first full studio release in a decade, Music Complete, out on September 25, 2015, New Order has announced details of the very special guests on the album: Brandon Flowers, Iggy Pop and Elly Jackson (La Roux) and has released the third in a series of album trailers.
