If there is one person with ample experience in unleashing sonic monsters unto mankind, it must be Andy LaPlegua, front-berserker and head of Norwegian-U.S.-Electro-Industrial force of nature Combichrist. The band has been spending most of the roughly one and a half years since the release of their highly successful last long play album on tour, also supporting legendary German band Rammstein on their European tour along the way. This September JULIEN-K will be on tour in Europe for the first time ever. The band from Los Angeles with members of ORGY and DEAD BY SUNRISE will not only play shows in German cities, but as well in the Netherlands and a show in London which was desired for so long by fans and press. More dates will be confirmed soon. With their debut DEATH TO ANALOG which was released in March 2010 as a European Special Edition Digipak version and their first single KICK THE BASS that could be heard in radio too, JULIEN-K caught much attention over the last couple of months on countless fans of Industrial and Electro-Rock music. On time with the tour Tiefdruck-Musik also releases the second single DREAMLAND (out Aug 27th 2010). It will contain an exclusive fan remix that was personally chosen by the band through a contest in Germanys Recording Magazine.

Pendulum
Despite or rather because of their uniqueness, the Australian formation PENDULUM is as highly successful as it is. Already their first release, the single ‘Vault’, roused great interest all over the scene and became highly sought-after around the time of release. They combine Drum’n’Bass with a live band, club music and rock with clear-cut rap lyrics and a distinct pop appeal. A mixture which is hard to find even if you’d be taken a longer look at different scenes. In 2005 then, they released the debut album ‘Hold Your Colour’, followed by the immensely successful ‘In Silico’ from 2008.
