Few other bands have left their imprint on the hard side of electronic dance music as heavily as the Mexican duo Hocico has done in the past two decades. Often copied but never bested, Erk Aicrag and Racso Agroyam stand for innovative sound design, uncompromising club anthems, whipping beats and aggro-attacks that hit it where it hurts. Right in time for their new long playing album, the Mexican group is unleashing a comprehensive anthology on four double-CD releases: “Crónicas Letales: A Music Collection”, parts I-IV! Included are all of the band’s albums up until “Wrack And Ruin”, as well as all accompanying singles, EPs and exclusive compilation tracks, some of them previously unreleased on CD, all in newly remastered glory.

The legendary metal pioneers Helloween have chosen Avatar as support on selected parts of their upcoming European tour together with Stratovarius. Since before Avatar are also confirmed as support for Dark Tranquillity in Scandinavia. With their spectacular live show and perfect mix of metal and rock’n’roll, Avatar has made their name as one of the most promising young bands at the moment. DANKO JONES from Canada already admitted that his love was bold, was getting a little paranoid with the statement that ‘Sleep In The Enemy’ and spread hits ‘Below The Belt’. The success story of the three-piece started already back in 1996 when they started building a reputation with touring. The infectious seed of their bluesy garage rock material spread far and wide and wherever they would go and perform in the following years they found themselves confronted with a gradually growing following.

Slut, The Strange Death Of Liberal England
The band began their career in 1994 back then recording their first album in a cellar with ‘For Exercise And Amusemenent’. Their melody driven, melancholic tunes with powerful riffs met with acclaim and attracted attention quickly. With the second album, now recorded in their new home, a castle, they continued on that, say, reduced part of their musical way but in a matured and refined manner that strengthened their overall standing and revealed the huge potential still waiting to be uncovered.
