On occasion of the upcoming mutual tour of ALICE COOPER and EISBRECHER, both front men met at Hotel Intercontinental Hamburg last weekend to get to know each other during a little small talk. EISBRECHER accompany the grand master on 8 dates of his tour. ALICE COOPER revealed he and the band are actually listening to the ‘Eiszeit’ album in their tour bus to get to know their special guests musically. Also he revealed to EISBRECHER front man Alexx Wesselsky a few details about the upcoming show, which will divide into four parts. After each part the master dies and reincarnates as a new ALICE COOPER character. Cooper’s oldest daughter Caliga also will be part of the show again.- Details

The thing we’re talking about is the “Theatre Of Death” tour, the shock rock legend has launched and which is about to cross continents to be witnessed by German audiences for the first time in November. During the 90 minutes spanning show, ALICE COOPER recapitulates his career lasting for 4 decades already with an enactment, reminding on a rock opera. Right from the start of the program, encompassing 26 songs, with such tracks as ‘I’m Eighteen’ and ‘Under My Wheels’ over to hits like ‘School’s Out’ and ‘No More Mr. Nice Guy’, the show will hold everything a fan’s heart could ask for, maybe even including a glimpse on the upcoming record ‘The Night Shift’.

ALIEN SEX FIEND, the project of Nik and Mrs. Fiend which has been brought to live1982 is for sure a shining appearance within the alternative, particular dark, music scene. Whilst being mostly unknown to a main stream audience, they’ve gained somewhat of a cult status. Part of that can be credited to their very unique style in music. But most of that is definitely due to their absolutely freaky and manic live shows, which nevertheless have a brilliance which is disappearing more and more in today’s live circuit.
