Diorama, mind.in.a.box, Sinine
German band DIORAMA is well-known in Russia and gained love of numerous fans with their regular concerts in our country. Their previous performance at Synthetic Snow Festival VII turned to be very impressive and the musicians were literally carried in arms. This time, DIORAMA will present their new 2-hour concert program based on the material from their latest piece ‘Cubed’ that came out in March 2010. But of course old hits won’t be forgotten! DIORAMA is in a constant progress between the gigs and definitely this time the musicians will again surprise fans with their inexhaustible energy, professionalism and devotion to the music.
Austrian electronic act MIND.IN.A.BOX doesn’t please fans with frequent concerts so it’s a rare chance to see this peculiar act onstage. Songs of the band are like stories
of an imprisoned mind expressed through inimitable, complicated sounds. So the formation weaves their compositions between frightening fictions and dark, oppressive reality. Estonian formation SININE that plays a unique mixture of darkwave with the slight echoes of folk and Britpop can be deservedly considered as a music discovery of 2009. In June 2009, SININE performed in Riga with famous German darkwave band DIARY OF DREAMS. Mastermind of DOD and owner of Accession Records Adrian Hates was impressed with the music of his Estonian colleagues that SININE signed a contract with the label to release the first album. Already in autumn 2009 the debut work ‘Butterflies’ entered Top 10 of German Alternative Chart (DAC). In Estonia, SININE also was awarded as Newcomer of 2009 and nominated at the Estonian Music Awards 2010 in category Electronic Music Artist of the Year, besides the band took the 4th position in the category "Newcomer of the Year" (72 Bands Total) in Russian Gothic TOP 2009.
