Norwegian gothmetal band THEATRE OF TRAGEDY announched the first new tourdates of 2010. The band released 'Forever Is The World' a few months ago and will start their club tour in the new year. The kick-off is in The Netherlands, where they played before together with Tiamat and Gothminister. Other countries will follow, like Germany, France and Switzerland.

Darkness Over Christmas Tour 2009 - Heaven Shall Burn, Dark Tranquillity, Swashbuckle, Deadlock
Right after Christmas with its hopefully very calm and relaxing times, the LKA Stuttgart together with Bleeding Nose seem to have decided to put an end to all this tranquillity and bring the metal heads all around back to life. The package they are offering the fans on December 30th is a quite unusual, but still very interesting one. HEAVEN SHALL BURN, the German Metalcore formation from Saalfeld, who have managed to become very well-known during the last years, especially due to their fantastic energetic live performances, will be headlining this so-called "Darkness Over X-Mas Tour". Their latest album, ‘Iconoclast (Part 1: The Final Resistance)’ has been in stores now since 2008, and this year they also gave their fans a life sign, releasing the live DVD ‘Bildersturm: Iconoclast II (The Visual Resistance)’.

On 19th December 2009, it’s time for the 32nd edition of the Dark Dance Treffen in Lahr. On 2 floors, Europe’s biggest indoor event for the dark music scene offers 6 live bands. This issue’s headliner will be Electro veterans PROJECT PITCHFORK who will deliver a stirring performance, but be fore that happens it’s time for a retro party with radio station WELLE:ERDBALL plus 4 more live acts to look forward to. Furthermore, a diversified music programme is going to be presented on 5 floors by 10 DJs and everybody, no matter if they are Industrial aficionados or rather committed to the medieval times, will be spoilt with enough music of his favourite genre to party all night.

69 Eyes, Christian Death, Mandragora ScreamIn 2010, the self-proclaimed “Helsinki Vampires” will be on tour through Europe again introducing their most recent album `Back in Blood´ (2009). Formed in 1990, the Finnish sleaze / dark rock band released the debut entitled with `Bump´n´Grind´ in 1992 and reached the international breakthrough by delivering the long-player `Blessed Be´ in 2000. In the same year, front man Jyrki 69 and his colleagues went on their first tour across Europe and were able to attract more and more fans outside of Finland.
