Marc Almond
The British singer and songwriter was once a half of the popular electro duo SOFT CELL he founded together with David Ball in 1980. After delivering hits such as mega-seller `Tainted Love´, ´Torch´ and `Say Hello, Wave Goodbye´, MARC ALMOND started his solo-career in 1984. Since that time, he is well-known for dramatic, orchestral and opulent pop songs that partly feature nostalgic influences. Released in October 1988, the duet `Something’s gotten hold of my Heart´ he sang together with GENE PITNEY turned out to be a big hit all over Europe. Besides that, MARC ALMOND collaborated with many other artists such as ROSENSTOLZ, SIOUXSIE SIOUX, JIMMY SOMERVILLE and NINA HAGEN.

Manowar + special guests: Holy Hell, Metalforce
When someone hears MANOWAR, surely everybody will at least know one or two of their songs, or all of them, since for nearly 30 years the band has been one of the essential and most influential bands in metal. They started in 1980's and are one of the few 80's bands who still have undiminished success worldwide.

The curtain falls for the French progressive metal band THE OLD DEAD TREE. After twelve years and four albums the band reached a dead end. With 'The Nameless Disease' (2003) the band achieved a lot of international success, and well respected over the years for their diversity. Their last album 'The Water Fields' (2007) has a more mature sound. A trademark is vocalist Manuel Munoz: talented in deep grunts and a high pure sound filled with emotions. A new album was scheduled for the Fall, but there were too much creative differences among the members. The band will be missed. - SD

American/Norwegian melodic metallers KAMELOT have a new bassist Sean Tibbetts, who toured with the band before. Thomas Youngblood (guitarist) says about it: "As Kamelot's concert schedule grows and commitments increase the demand on its members has also increased. Glenn Barry (bass) called me a few weeks ago and told me he just couldn't do it anymore, and has to step aside. He is like a brother to us and we've been through a lot of great times, so we wanted him to make this decision." - Details
