Hardly any band has touched the European scene as The Crüxshadows did within the last years. Emotionally touched...in the truest sense of the word cause barely another band has reached to animate their fans this way to dance. The Crüxshadows achieve to create a personal and emotional connection between them and their audience which is of course part of their show. No doubt: their live-shows are breathtaking and still unrivaled. The Crüxshadows have performed since June 2001 more than 300 concerts in more than 20 countries. The Dutch rock formation DEJAFUSE will release their debute album this week. Vocaliste Nienke de Jong (ex-Autumn) and Arno Krabman are the founders of the 'straight- into- your face' grooverock band with international potention. Tesla, Heaven’s Basement
One of the 1980s Hard Rock dinosaurs is on the road again. Founded in 1985, the Californian formation TESLA released its debut album `Mechanical Resonance´ two years later and was shot to fame due to the single `Modern Day Cowboy´. Though TESLA was assigned to the Hair Metal scene, the band members regarded themselves as Blues representatives who had been influenced by artists such as LED ZEPPELIN and AEROSMITH. After the sudden breakthrough, TESLA went on tour with ALICE COOPER, DEF LEPPARD or MÖTLEY CRÜE and recorded the second long-player `Great Radio Controversy´ (1989) that also became a million sellers. Within some years, the band was able to increase its popularity, not least due to some acoustic concerts that finally led to the milestone album `Five Men Acoustical Jam´ (1990).
