Saltatio Mortis
SALTATIO MORTIS is a German Medieval Folk-Rock band which was founded in 2000. Their name is the Latin word for "death dance". The most successful album up to now, ‘Aus der Asche’, appeared on 31st August 2007. Since this time they play increasing rock appearances and at festivals, however, they think of their roots and still play at medieval markets and as street musicians.

Finnish melodic metallers SONATA ARCTICA have unveiled the new artwork, track listing as well as the album title of their forthcoming album. The Days Of Grays will see a worldwide release (excluding Asia) through Nuclear Blast Records on September 18th, September 22nd in North America.

Finish vocalist from Nightwish, MARCO HIETALA will perform together with the Dutch rock formation DELAIN. On saterday 31 October 2009 the band will give a special show in Broerenkerk Zwolle. More guests will preform on 'Novemer Rain - The Final edition.' Tickets are on sale 12th July, upcoming Saturday, on ticketservice. Soon more on the Delain website.

The festival recently confirmed a new headliner on the Saturday 17 November. EPICA will record a live dvd during the festival show. The day after Doro and Tarja are the headliner of the evening.

The big news in the ARCH ENEMY camp is that Andy Sneap (Megadeth, Testament, Exodus, etc.) has completed the mixing and mastering of the new record, "The Root Of All Evil". This special release features a selection of completely re-recorded songs from the first three albums, "Black Earth", "Stigmata" and "Burning Bridges", and will be released via Century Media Records on 28 September.- A-HA - to headline iTunes Live festival on 24 July
