Though they have been away for so many years, the second album `Traced in Air´ doesn’t have to hide behind the sensational `Focus´, as it is innovative and playful again without copying the former success patterns.

IKON has played on the same bill as The Sisters of Mercy, H.I.M., Soft Cell, Death in June, London After Midnight and The Mission. This year IKON will be coming back to Europe for their last tour on this continent promo- ting their new album "Love, Hate & Sorrow" that will be released at the beginning of September 2009! Future Pop formation VNV NATION, consisting of Ronan Harris (vocals, lyrics,
electronics) and Mark Jackson (drums), has just released its recent album `Of
Faith, Power and Glory´ and is touring the USA and Europe this year. Besides
the latest stroke of genius and all in all ten long-players, VNV NATION can
look back on trend-setting and significant recordings such as `Empires´ (1999)
and `Futureperfect´ (2002). The combination of socio-critical lyrics, Harris´
extraordinary vocals, rousing melodies and outstanding live performances
attracted a huge following.

Norwegian goth-metal band TRISTANIA played a new song on the Artmania festival last weekend. Most important is the replacement from singer Østen Bergøy, who was an important member since 1999. Kjetil Nordhus (Green Carnation, Trail Of Tears) is the new singer in Tristania.
